Subject: Improve The Reserve (Sign by 10/31)
Dear Neighbor,
We are running out of time to stop mismanagement from costing every single one of us.
Our Development is rapidly declining because of poor HOA management. Basic administration, communication and planning is lacking and our common areas are unkept. Routine homeowner requests are ignored for weeks or months. Now, we are facing the possibility of expensive special assessments. We cannot sit back and let inaction in our community be the cause of further neglect and decline. We must act right now.
Please take 60 seconds to sign our urgent community petition to insist upon immediate accountability, transparency, and responsive management. Please provide one signature per household. Let your voice be heard!

We need your signature before the October 31st deadline. Please join our urgent request for basic management of our development. Protect your property values and our community—sign the petition today!
Thank you for your immediate action,
The Concerned Residents at The Reserve
