I am a concerned resident of Timber Creek Village Apartments in Columbus, Ohio. Owned by Apartment Management Consultants LLC this complex has charged me unjust fees and failed to maintain vital amenities. 

On reaching out to the management, I was given assurances that were never acted upon. I was promised by Zoe, a representative at the office, that she would investigate the additional charges on my balance. Despite countless attempts on my part to follow up on this issue via phone calls and personal visits to the leasing office, I have received no definitive response.

Adding to this, the management has shown an egregious lack of responsibility towards maintaining living standards in my apartment. My air conditioner has been malfunctioning and, despite my urgent pleas for its repair, no action has been taken. This situation is critical as my daughter suffers from asthma, and the lack of air conditioning can affect her health gravely.

Moreover, when presented with my PRC housing assistance form, Amber, another representative, agreed to accept payment from PRC on my behalf but Zoe & Amber apparently walked out in the company, unexpectedly. A property manager by the name of Misty Ross then agreed to accept payment from PRC & promised to complete a housing assistance form, but later reneged on this agreement, serving me a 3-Day notice instead.

Such deceitful conduct and lack of accountability from the Apartment Management Consultants are causing hardships to residents whose rights they are supposed to uphold. This plea is not just for myself, but for every resident who is being treated unfairly by this company.

We are demanding immediate corrective actions. We insist that the Apartment Management Consultants LLC be transparent in their operations, maintain a consistent line of communication with residents, remove any unjust charges, fix all maintenance issues promptly, and respect the terms of agreements.
