I am a visitor of Aberdeen, unfairly targeted by the city council. Despite having no evidence of me receiving any paperwork regarding a bus lane fine, Aberdeen city council continue to send sheriff officers after me. The matter was taken to court without my knowledge and I was never given the opportunity to defend myself. They have refused several offers from myself to settle this issue urgently and continue with heavy-handed bullying tactics.

The council's actions are not only unjust but also discriminatory towards disabled people. The city continues to exclude disabled access when reducing vehicle access, making it difficult to navigate through the city comfortably and safely.

The picture I used for this is what Aberdeen city council use as evidence of signage at the bus gate. Clearly not visible from a short distance. They refuse to comment on this matter.

Aberdeen City Council needs not only to drop my case but also apologise for their actions. Furthermore, they must review signage at the bus gate and improve disabled access in the city.

This is not just about one individual; it's about fairness, justice, and equality for all residents of Aberdeen and people visiting. We need your support in holding them accountable for their actions and ensuring that everyone has equal rights in this  beloved city.

Aberdeen city council ECO Angels Scott is aware of this case, She also acknowledged they have no evidence of me receiving papers yet she refuses to put an end to this case.

Please sign this petition demanding accountability from Aberdeen City Council as well as improved accessibility provisions for disabled residents within our community. Also for them to drop this case any review any other similar cases.
