I am a resident of Val Vista Lakes, Gilbert, AZ, USA and I am personally affected by the actions and decisions of our current management company. The financial burden it has placed on me is significant and the emotional toll it's taking is equally distressing.

Our community deserves better. We deserve a management company that respects us as homeowners and works in our best interest. Unfortunately, we are not receiving this level of service from our current company.

Many other residents share my concerns - we feel unheard, disrespected, and taken advantage of. This is not just about one person's experience; it's about the collective dissatisfaction of an entire community.

According to data from the Community Associations Institute (CAI), homeowner satisfaction with their community association experience largely depends on the quality of their management company. In fact, 90% of residents rate their overall community association experience as positive when they have an effective manager.

We need to vote out our current management company and replace them with one that will treat us fairly and manage our resources responsibly.
