My child, along with thousands of other children with special educational needs and disabilities have been failed by the very institution that was supposed to protect and support them.

OFSTED have heavily criticised HCC for failing our most vulnerable children, yet instead of taking responsibility and making necessary changes, they have attempted to undermine and impede an Independent Review.

HCC has denied parents of the children - the victims subject to this review - the opportunity to contact the Independent Reviewer. This is not just a failure; it's a cynical attempt to cover up their shortcomings at the expense of our children's futures.

Instead of learning from the Post Office Scandal HCC have simply followed their playbook and tried to ghost and gaslight the parents. 

We need your help to send a strong message that we will not stand by while they attack and marginalise those who are most vulnerable.

Whatever comes from the IR report, we have ZERO confidence in the LA to change and their attempted cover-up has revealed their true intent,  mindset and just how far they will go to protect themselves and deny the truth.

Therefore, we need not just a change in practice, but a change in leadership. Those responsible for the cover-up must go, and they must go NOW.
