My personal experience has led me to learn about the unfortunate reality of dealing with the Child Protective Services (CPS) in Victoria. I was refused the basic human right to respectful or fair treatment, subjected to false allegations, and a system that intentionally committed perjury by creating false documents which were then used against me in court. This is not a unique situation — it's an alarming pattern of activity within this agency. Too many families have been torn apart unjustly and children have been placed at greater risks due to this department's actions.

Our Child Protective Services is meant to safeguard the wellbeing of our children and families. But numerous instances of misconduct, such as the fabrication of records and reports, subvert its purpose, betraying the trust imparted to it. The distressing circumstances shared by many are absolutely abhorrent and require a thorough review of the department's operations before more lives are destroyed. 

A Royal Commission's investigation is the necessary step towards rectifying these matters and instigating much-needed change. Such instances of perjury and misrepresentation of facts must be held accountable and prevent further manipulation of our Court Systems. We need to protect the health, safety, and wellbeing of our families and children in Victoria.
