As residents of Crowfield in Goose Creek, SC, we are deeply concerned about the current state of our Homeowners Association (HOA). We believe that several board members are not acting in the best interest of our community. Rules are not being followed by the board and there is suspicion that HOA funds were incorrectly spent on the Middleton Park Gates.

Our concerns also extend to key a key HOA employee. This individuals attitude towards community residents has been less than professional. This person operates under the belief that they only reports to the HOA president and this has led to an imbalance in power dynamics within our community.

We believe it's time for change.

We demand:

1. A forensic audit to investigate the use of funds related to Middleton Park Gates project.

3. A recall election for all current board members who have shown disregard for the rules and regulations meant to protect homeowners.

4. The removal of our current association manager and the posting of this position for new applicants. 

We urge all Crowfield residents who share these concerns about our community's welfare to sign this petition. Together we can ensure transparency, accountability and respect become core values within our HOA once again.
