The Issue

As a concerned citizen, deeply rooted in our democracy, I am troubled by the cloud of uncertainty hovering over our Supreme Court. Justices Clarence Thomas, John Roberts, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett have been appointed as keepers of justice. Yet, it may be possible that some, if not all, have violated ethical standards while serving on the U.S. Supreme Court.

These allegations, if true, undermine the very core of our criminal justice system, and shatter public faith in our institutions. According to a 2019 report from the American Constitution Society, there is a real concern about the Supreme Court's ability to maintain an interest in ethical practices, which can severely harm public confidence in the Court's rulings. [Source: "The Supreme Court's Legitimacy Dilemma," American Constitution Society, 2019]

I did a Web Search for the following: "Do the American People think that the Following Supreme Court Justices: Clarence Thomas, John Roberts, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett committed Possible Ethical Violations?," and based on the search results, and it appears that many Americans are concerned about potential ethical violations by several Supreme Court Justices:

  • Clarence Thomas: The search results indicate that Thomas has failed to disclose various gifts, trips, and financial benefits he has received from wealthy conservative donors over the past decades. This appears to be a clear violation of the federal Ethics in Government Act, which requires Supreme Court Justices to disclose such information. There are calls for Thomas to amend his past disclosure forms to properly report these transactions. [1]
  • Samuel Alito: Alito has been criticized for failing to recuse himself from a case involving a major Republican donor who had paid for Alito to go on an expensive fishing trip. Alito defended his conduct in an op-ed, but ethics experts argued this was a clear conflict of interest that should have led to recusal. [1]
  • The search results also mention concerns about the political activities of Ginni Thomas, Justice Clarence Thomas' wife, and how this could impact his impartiality on related cases before the Court. [2]
  • More broadly, the search results suggest a growing crisis of public confidence in the Supreme Court, with concerns that some Justices have become too close to wealthy conservative donors and are not upholding appropriate ethical standards. [1][2][3]

In summary, the search results indicate that many Americans are troubled by apparent ethical lapses and conflicts of interest involving Justices Thomas, Alito, and potentially others on the Court. There are calls for stronger ethics rules and enforcement to restore public trust in the institution. [1][2][3]

A fair, impartial judiciary is one of the bedrocks of the United States of America. It bears the enormous responsibility of upholding justice and ensuring all citizens are treated equally under the law. Any breach of ethics within such a prestigious body is a direct affront to our democracy and our Constitution. Thus, we must demand transparency and accountability.

So I did another Web Search for the following: "Why Do the American People want the Following Supreme Court Justices: Clarence Thomas, John Roberts, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett to be investigated and possibly removed from the Supreme Court?," and Based on the search results, there are a few key reasons why some Americans want Justices Clarence Thomas, John Roberts, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett to be investigated and possibly removed from the Supreme Court:

1. Potential Conflicts of Interest and Bias:

    • Justice Clarence Thomas's wife, Ginni Thomas, was deeply involved in the "stop the steal" movement related to the January 6th events. This raises concerns about Justice Thomas's impartiality in cases related to the January 6th insurrection. [2]
    • Justices Alito and Thomas have dissented from previous Supreme Court rulings on recusal standards, suggesting they may not be impartial in cases where their own impartiality is questioned. [2]
    • Flags associated with groups opposed to President Biden have been flown above the homes of Justices Alito and Thomas, raising concerns about their political leanings. [2]

2. The Influence of the Federalist Society:

    • All six of the Republican-appointed justices currently on the Supreme Court are affiliated with the Federalist Society, a conservative legal organization that has become highly influential in shaping the judiciary. [4]
    • The Federalist Society has developed close ties with Republican administrations and has played a major role in selecting and confirming conservative judicial nominees, including the six justices in question. [4]
    • Critics argue that the Federalist Society's influence has led to a politicization of the Supreme Court and a shift towards a more conservative judicial philosophy. [4][5]

3. Calls for Reforms and Accountability:

    • There have been growing calls for reforms to the Supreme Court, such as implementing a binding code of ethics, expanding the number of judges, and imposing term limits, in order to address concerns about the court's perceived partisanship and lack of accountability. [5]
    • Some argue that the current composition of the Supreme Court, with a conservative majority, does not reflect the will of the people and that the court's decisions have had significant and far-reaching impacts on American society. [5]

In summary, the main reasons why some Americans want these six Supreme Court justices to be investigated and possibly removed are concerns about their potential conflicts of interest, bias, and the perceived influence of the Federalist Society in shaping the court's conservative majority. There are also broader calls for reforms to address the court's perceived politicization and lack of accountability. [2][4][5]

Therefore, we call upon the Federal Government to undertake a thorough and impartial investigation into any ethical violations committed by these six Conservate Supreme Court Justices. Every citizen deserves the comfort of knowing those in positions of great authority are just and impartial. Let this be our pledge to protect the sanctity of our justice system. Please sign this petition, and let our voices echo in the corridors of power.

Plus if we can get Justices Clarence Thomas, John Roberts, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett removed from the Supreme Court, then Joe Biden and/OR Kamala Harris can replace them with Justices those who (are Progressive Constitutionalists,) are in favor of Reinstating Roe v Wade, and are against Citizens United, and if they Overturn/End Citizens United, then we can finally have the Federal Government investigate both The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) and The Heritage Foundation for any Illegal Activities that

  • they've done but haven't been charged with yet; and
  • they're currently doing and/or planning to do that the Federal Government doesn't know about,

And finally, we'll be able to call upon the Federal Government to Uncover the Full Truth on Project 2025, and everything related to it, and if they get those 2 Shut Down then the Federal Government will finally be able to do the following:

  • Bring Benjamin Netanyahu to Justice;
  • Free Palestine; and
  • Secure our Country's Democracy for the foreseeable Future.

all because We the People always Triumph in the End, but only if the Democrats win The Legislative Branch of Government during the 2024 Elections, and if we all unite for a common cause.
