This Petition will form part of a more formal submission that is being prepare for the Australian Government. The submission will highlight many different issues seen withing the Australian Pathology Sector, with many innovated options to move forward in a more positive manner.

Have you noticed the increasing amount of Pathology Collection Clinics that cannot open due to the Staffing crisis plaguing the Pathology System? Are you finding it harder to find our skilled Phlebotomists?
Please share your story with us so we can share it with the Australian Government who are approving funding to private pathology companies who won’t address the operational issues and are only answering to their shareholders.
The PCA is the Peak Body for the People working in Pathology, those who have been silenced by corporate bullying not seen since the 80’s. These skilled workers earn on average $27 an hour and want to fix their industry for the patients they do their job for.
