Pearson Edexcel has officially responded to our petition!

A huge thank you to every single person who has signed this petition.

We've now passed 500 signatures, and I wanted to share an important update.

Pearson Edexcel has officially responded to us. They confirmed that our concerns have been logged and shared with the relevant subject and assessment teams, including those involved in the awarding process. They also confirmed that the issues we raised—including fairness, accessibility, timing, and the overall structure of the paper—will be considered as part of their post-exam review.

This is an important step, but our work is not finished.

The stronger this petition becomes, the clearer it is that these concerns are not coming from a handful of disappointed students. Every additional signature shows that this issue has affected a much wider community and deserves serious attention.

This petition is not asking for free marks or an easier exam. It is asking for one simple thing: a fair review of a paper that many students believe did not fairly assess their ability under normal examination conditions.

Right now, I'm asking everyone who has already signed to help us one more time.

Please share this petition with as many people as you can. Send it to friends, classmates, parents, teachers, tutors, relatives, alumni, and anyone who supports fairness in education. Anyone can sign the petition—they do not have to be an Edexcel candidate. If someone believes examinations should be fair and properly reviewed when genuine concerns are raised, their support matters.

One share might reach a student who never knew this petition existed. That student might share it with ten more people. This is how movements grow.

We've shown that students are willing to stand together. Now let's show just how many people believe these concerns deserve to be heard.
