Delete amalgam from "the tomb"

Le problème

  1. remove the natural spawn of the amalgams on the map "the tomb" and just keep the transformations of the doppleghast,
  2. 1. the map is very narrow which makes the amalgams very frustrating (they already are by default), 
  3. 2. I'm tired of having the amalgams on almost all the maps,
  4. 3. we already have the mimic, the Dopple, the vermin, the parasites, I want to play zombie mode, not helldiver, 
  5. 4. the amalgams.....
