To all who signed the petition opposing Bill 36-0144 / Act No. 9113:

Thank you again for standing up for constitutional rights, lawful gun ownership, and basic fairness in the Virgin Islands.  

Now we need to turn that support into votes.

The deadline to register to vote, update your registration, or confirm your party affiliation for the upcoming Primary Election is tomorrow, Thursday, July 2, 2026.

Please go to vivote.gov today and make sure you are registered.

Also, as a practical matter, if you are indifferent about party affiliation and want to participate in the Primaries, you may want to consider registering as a Democrat, because the USVI is heavily influenced by the Democratic Primary process. VISGO is aware of certain candidates in the Democratic Party who are confirmed friendly to our concerns, including protecting the rights of lawful firearm owners. We will provide more information when appropriate.

Signing a petition was an important first step. Voting is how we make sure elected officials hear us.
