The proposed re-development for Kemps River is widely opposed by residents but the planning commission has scheduled the public hearing for the middle of a workday when most residents cannot attend.

This development will add significant traffic to an already overburdened section of Indian River Rd., add stress to schools which are at or near capacity, and potentially erode the property values in surrounding neighborhoods.

The city is allowing this project to go further with no improvements to city services, no regard for the community as it exists or our needs, and no reasonable time or process to have our concerns heard and addressed.

We the undersigned demand that this re-zoning be delayed indefinitely, unless and until, these concerns can be satisfactorily addressed.
