Apparently the star press purposely withheld the fact the fair was sneaking the pig wrestling event back in under a different name and once again promoting violence to animals to children, all while under FBI investigation for other crimes. The pig wrestling event is a crime because they're covered under Indianas animal cruelty laws and they just violated that law. The FBI are the ones who made it a felony for reporting purposes so they could watch out for the kids involved to stop early yet this was done right under their nose. In a city where its police officers have been beating citizens, even over traffic violations, the last few months, one citizen almost beat and tazed to death, drugs and crime out of hand and its clear why now. When those in charge are creating the problems the solution is to remove those in charge. Which will be easy now since they committed a crime. However, in the meantime they're still planning to harm more animals at the fair this year with the rodeo and the horse and pony pull which I'm pretty sure horses are also covered under the Indiana law. This right after the city claiming a petting zoo is animal abuse and going to ban it here. Let Indiana legislators know it doesn't reflect well on them allowing animal abuse for profit by its city and counties. I hope the same said state employees who signed this petition will now step in and stop the city and county. Muncie already has Indiana on the map of where to never live or do business because of all the drug use and crime. Well it has that problem because of those who have been running it. It didn't have those problems until dennis tyler took over. I hope the FBI makes this another investigation because it helps prove what I've been saying...that the city has been stealing non abused animals from families to help fund corruption by officials and Ashley from the shelter confirmed that the money made from selling animals from the shelter go into the general fund which has been helping fund tylers corruption. You can never take your eyes off this corrupt city or county for even a second because obviously they will do anything, against the law even, to harm its animals and citizens as long as it generates their criminal pockets. The county/city needs dismantled and re-incorporated. That seems to be the only thing to stop them. City's and county's are incorporated and an be dismantled. It would be in the state of Indianas best interest to dismantle it and incorporate it into a new city or into part of New castle or another, not Madison county because it's just as corrupt.
