Here's a perfect example of why gov approved animal abuse still happens in Delaware County Indiana when it make one of the gov offices, or the fair money. In 2015 peckinpaugh physically assaulted a local attorney who turned out to be a relative, escaped all charges, and kept his job. He's stolen non abused, non neglected pets from innocent citizens, and hid known missing pets and then sold them, and it's allowed because all the money made from selling animals goes into the city's general fund which has been used for corruption, now he's arrested for stalking a woman. Clearly the real and biggest animal abusers in Delaware County are gov officals and all for money. He admitted in past articles the pigs were is distress but they weren't being harmed....that shows so much now with all the rest of his and the city/county's actions and lack there of. Not only him but shelter employees participated, and they harassed everyone who posted on this article on the newspapers Facebook page, that wasn't supporting him. When those in positions working with animals excuses, and condones acts of violence as though it's nothing, especially if they harass you for not supporting it, it's way past time the real animal lovers call for real changes to gov promoted animal abuse. I can create petitions, and thousands can sign, but until a higher gov official steps in and shuts it down and stops their animal abuse supporters, nothing will change in this county because they'll harass and threaten you until you shut up or they falsely arrest you for something.
