I, personally, was unable to assist a helpless person, because I lacked the prerequisite monetary funds to do so, at about noon(PM) 1/10/25. I, personally, contacted the local emergency services and law enforcement agencies of that local geography through calling 911 on my personal cellphone, and they were unable to assist that helpless person with their need, as was I, personally, due to my personal lack of monetary funds. 

I, personally, am accruing monetary funds for, fundraising if you will, the helpless, particularly in the geographies of the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.

I implore you to make a donation, monetary of course, to facilitate help for the helpless, on a national level, eventually.
