We have received confirmation that the Inspector General of the Australian Defence Force (IGADF) and the Australian Defence Force Investigative Services (ADFIS) will NOT be investigating Evan's criminal complaint. Both the Commonwealth Ombudsman and the Australian Federal Police (AFP) recommended that the IGADF and the ADFIS investigate Evan's complaint. What this shows is that a Commonwealth record can be changed illegally, resulting in one's loss of career in the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and no-one in the Department of Defence or the ADF will investigate. This calls for the Defence Minister, Marise Payne's intervention.
