We propose that the King Mansion be converted to a community space (CoSpace) and Event Center to share this iconic property.  Specific use rezoning for the surrounding properties would further support a bike trail and tourism area. 

Earnings would be dedicated to maintaining and improving the property. Events will be less than 200 persons for minimal impact on traffic and the neighborhood.

Sign this petition to give voice to the majority of Deerfield residents and support a specific  use zoning change which would allow only this use and no other commercial uses.  Also, support the use of adjacent Carter Park’s parking area for this purpose.
