This judge needs to be reprimanded or made to leave the bench. On October 18th 2017, Judge Romanak released the bond of $1500 to Stuart Gelfman which was meant to satisfy Gelfman and Romanak. Instead, Judge Romanak ordered Nick to pay $500 in 30 days or it's back to jail. She is IGNORING every allegation made regarding the safety of these 2 girls and extorting the only parent capable of providing them a safe, stable and loving home. When Nick's lawyer asked why their Mother wasn't given the same ultimatum since she as of Oct 3rd, she owes $4275.60 while Nick's balance is $3035.61, she simply said "This is about YOUR client". Our family is going through a great deal of stress not only financially but emotionally. We constantly worry about the girls well being while the Mother habitually interferes with Nick's parenting time without consequence. Please share this petition to help this cause.
