It has been a slow and uphill battle for the state and our Neighborhood Boards to hear our plea. I just received notice of a survey for the Neighborhood Board 11 (Ala Moana/Kakaako), regarding allowing leashed dogs in certain areas like Ala Moana Beach Park. If you live in this area, please fill out the following. Even if you aren't living in the area, they would still love your input.
