The UK taxpayers are paying a fortune to house those travelling across the Channel in small boats. There is violence in the French waiting-lounge tent camps. Not only do people die in the Channel, some arrive here stabbed.

The majority of these arrivals are young men, in search of free hotels, an iphone, 3 meals a day, free healthcare, free dentistry. Yet they could get similar benefits in France, a free country if they claimed asylum there.

How fair is this to those indigenous UK citizens, including veterans, who can't get a GP appointment, can't afford rent, who get pushed further down the UK housing lists?

France have shown no real will to stop the excursions, finding legal weasel words to stop migrants once in the water. Yet Belgium is in the Eu, and they stop them. Yet we pay France to do this.

All the Government policy is doing is 'Smashing the...'Records of numbers arriving.

This Petition calls for a free debate  with no party whip on the following motion

This House wishes to Introduce a National State of Emergency on our beaches in the English Channel. We wish to introduce Emergency Powers to suspend any Treaties and Conventions relating to Migrants travelling from France, by sea or road.

Under these powers, those arriving undocumented will be treated as French, and returned to France.

Additionally, the money spent by France has not provided value, so we are suspending payments.

Moreover, we will now charge France £500 million per boat arriving.
