I presented our case before the COD Commissioners, and one new commissioner, Lesa Neely Mayer, listened to me and didn't let the rest of the board just ignore it, she pressed them on to look into it further. And on top of that, Decaturish posted an article about it and gave me two sentences.. Better than nothing. YAY! Got our foot in the door!
