FREIGHT TRAIN BLUES
After living right on the RR tracks for a decade, I wrote this song about ten years ago. It was a big hit with my last band. I don’t know if it’s rockabilly or bluegrass or blues, but I guess that don’t matter. If you like it, that’s all I care about. I recorded it now due to it’s timeliness, because they are building a RR crossing and intersection right in front of my house, and those horns will be so close the blasts will make me jump outta bed. [BTW someone just wrote me and told me that the FRA (Train folks) are trying to have a LOUDER limit on trains!! OUCH!!]
