The Central Bank Of Egypt (CBE) has stopped the Egyptian Pre-Paid and Debit cards from international payments in Egyptian and Foreign currencies. This petition is to prove how many people really need this back.

• This petition has no intention to show any disrespect to the decisions of the CBE.
• This petition is only made for people who uses this type of transactions in their daily life for legal causes only.

By signing this petition you should be aware of:

• There is a great shortage of foreign currencies in Egypt.
• Things are getting better but we are not the people who were misusing the international payments using these cards.
• We are seeking a new system that requires people to prove that they won't use the cards in a wrong way.

We seek to allow people to have the freedom of paying for whatever they want and whatever they need. At the same time they should assign a limit for every user to maintain a stable paying environment and not have the risk of being disabled again.

Current Limitations (Last Updated August 2025):

• Credit Cards: International Transactions are allowed online and abroad with some limitations
• Debit Cards: Cannot be used internationally to pay in foreign or local currency
• Prepaid Cards: Cannot be used internationally to pay in foreign or local currency
