Today is a great victory for the animals here in FL. Ponce's Law passed the "floor" unanimously 138 to 0!!! It will now go to Governor Rick Scott to sign in as LAW!!!! I couldn't be happier to see this day come and also for Ponce and the animals!!! We worked this 24/7 and our perseverance paid off!!!!! WE DID IT....PONCE'S BILL WILL BECOME LAW!!!!!
