We have done what others said we can't.....We managed to get the rules waived and the house bill pulled over to the "House" for a final vote this session. If voted in, and I'm expecting it will, then Ponce's Law will go to our Governor Rick Scott's desk to be signed. Awesome that we have a Governor that supports this bill!!!! Meeting starts at 5:30 p.m. and I will post the final outcome tonight!! Paws crossed!! All for you Ponce and all the animals!!
