GREAT NEWS! The State Attorney filed their appeal to the 5th District Court of Appeals today after their request to the Attorney General last week was approved. This is in regards to the Judge's ruling on suppressing the evidence AFTER Ponce's body was found meaning all the pics, vids, and necropsy report would be inadmissible. The case now goes to the 5th DCA for those Judges to make a ruling.
