Presidents Are Not Kings. 
It's time to IMPEACH HIM AGAIN.

Here's why... 

Per the United States Constitution, Article II § 4:

"The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other High Crimes and Misdemeanors." 

The charge of "High Crimes and Misdemeanors" covers allegations of  misconduct by elected officials such as perjury of oath, abuse of authority, bribery, intimidation, misuse of assets, failure to supervise, dereliction of duty, unbecoming conduct, refusal to obey a lawful order, chronic intoxication, and tax evasion -- just to name a few.

* PERJURY OF OATH: 

In accordance with Article II § 1 of the U.S. Constitution, every President of the United States must accept the following oath of office:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

It is unconstitutional to rule 100% via Executive Order, so as to bypass Congress, and to issue orders that clearly violate federal law such as:
- attempting to seize control of the United States Postal Service, the only federal agency mandated by the Constitution (with Congress having the final say as its governing authority).
- using the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to target persons of specific ancestry for deportation during peace time. This law requires the United States to be at war with the homeland nation of the persons it is deporting, and only Congress can declare war (not a President). 

* ABUSE OF AUTHORITY:

Overriding Congress to terminate the employment of federal employees, many of whom have union contracts, and shut down federal agencies and departments via Executive Order alone. That's not a democracy; that's a dictatorship.

Usurping the constitutional authority of Congress to apply wanton tariffs on nearly every world country... including remote islands inhabited only by penguins... that caused one of the worst stock market crashes in history. 

Ordering armed National Guard troops to Los Angeles in an unlawful effort to seize control of local law enforcement against protesters exercising their First Amendment right to free speech and the right to demand a redress of their grievances. Putting the Marines on stand-by to reinforce his use of military troops against civilians on U.S. soil in violation of the Posse Comitatus Act. 

Demanding that protesters remove the medical masks they are wearing due to being tear-gassed by the unlawfully deployed armed military used against them on U.S. soil, while the military, immigration agents, and local police are allowed to cover their faces to shield their identity like the notorious Soviet-era Secret Police. (In the United States, a person has the legal right to know who is detaining them and the reason why.)  

Detaining and deporting immigrants, mostly people of color, without their constitutional right to due process as described in Article I, Section 9, Clause 2: "The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it."

On January 3, 2026, the United States launched a series of middle-of-the-night airstrikes in Venezuela at Trump's order, without prior authorization from Congress as required by the Constitution, with the goal of kidnapping sitting president Nicolás Maduro in a coup designed to steal the sovereign nation's oil reserves. The next day, Trump announced that the United States was now running the South American country and would control its oil. This is a gross ABUSE OF AUTHORITY and put the lives of Americans, both troops & civilians, at grave risk for yet another of Trump's get-rich schemes. This attack alone is more than enough reason to #ImpeachHimAgain!

* BRIBERY:

Quid-Pro-Quo deals with CEOs of major American and foreign corporations who each paid $1-Million or more, disguised as a political contribution or investment, so as to prevent being targeted with negative social media rants and/or threats of legal prosecution for not complying with Donald Trump's wanton demands of loyalty and adherence to his personal and political agendas.

Accepting a $400M luxury 'palace in the sky' airplane from the Qatar royal family as a personal gift, without approval from Congress as required by Article I, Section 9, Clause 8 of the Constitution, to be transferred to his presidential library for his personal use in 2029. 

* INTIMIDATION:

Screaming threats at foreign leaders in the Oval Office like a schoolyard bully on live television... threatening to halt federal funding of colleges & universities who do not end diversity, equity & inclusion policies & programs... demanding the impeachment of sitting judges who rule against him and in favor of the law... targeting his political opponents with falsehoods, threats, and slanderous lies via social media... etc. 

Forcing multiple major law firms who have represented his perceived political enemies to provide him with $100M (each) in pro bono legal services if they want to keep their security clearances, which are necessary to the core function of their work. 

* MISUSE OF ASSETS:

Using Air Force One for golf outings every weekend, and charging the United States Secret Service as much as 5 times higher than the standard rates for use of rooms at his own Mar-A-Lago resort while they accompany him for protection. Being driven around the Daytona 500 track in The Beast (presidential limousine) by USSS agents, just because he felt like it, costing taxpayers millions of dollars. Canceling contracts with USAID that provided food, medicine, and shelter to people in dire need around the world. Paying a foreign national $38-Billion in government contracts to dismantle vital agencies within the federal government and install his own companies to replace the fired federal workforce, such as SpaceX taking over NASA and Starlink replacing ATC systems at the FAA. Revoking funds already appropriated by Congress.

* FAILURE TO SUPERVISE:

Donald Trump has allowed Elon Musk -- a foreign national holding multiple citizenships, including Canada and South Africa, his birthplace -- to run amok with a literal and figurative chainsaw across the federal government, dismantling vital agencies and departments at random, including the National Nuclear Security Agency that is tasked with protecting the United States of America's arsenal of nuclear weapons and monitoring the arsenals of other nations around the world for the sake of our national security.

Members of Trump's Cabinet -- including Vice-President JD Vance -- conducted a 'group chat' about highly classified plans to imminently bomb Houthi rebels in Yemen via text messages on the Signal app, rather than in a SCIF, and they 'accidentally' invited a journalist into this sensitive national security discussion. That carelessness could have compromised the entire operation and put the lives of our troops at risk. Donald Trump denies he knew anything about this debacle, which means either he was not supervising the actions of his rogue Cabinet, if true, or that he willfully allowed them to breach protocol if he did actually know what they were doing.

* DERELICTION OF DUTY: 

The presidency is not a Monday to Friday, 9-to-5 job; it's a 24/7 job that includes weekends and holidays. Yet, somehow, Donald Trump has left DC every weekend to play golf at his own Mar-A-Lago resort in Florida. In just the first month of his return to office alone, this folly cost taxpayers roughly $10.7-Million while he was goofing off EVERY WEEKEND.

* UNBECOMING CONDUCT: 

Berating a foreign leader (President Zelenskyy of Ukraine) like a schoolyard bully in the Oval Office on live television, seen around the world and creating international outrage. Threatening sitting judges with "impeachment" for ruling against him. Threatening to shut down the free press and media outlets who don't parrot his propaganda or who speak out against his agenda, which is their right under the First Amendment.

Trump's decades-long friendship and involvement with convicted sex-trafficker Jeffrey Epstein and Epstein's convicted accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell, is the very definition of "Unbecoming Conduct". Flying on the infamous 'Lolita Express' to Epstein's private island that was a notorious den of iniquity where underage girls were groomed and sexually abused. Videotapes & photos where Trump is seen partying with Epstein and young women/girls. The now infamous 50th birthday note from Trump to Epstein. The list goes on... and Trump is definitely on it! 

* REFUSAL TO OBEY A LAWFUL ORDER: 

- Deporting hundreds of Venezuelan nationals by illegally invoking the Alien Enemies Act of 1798, and in direct violation of an order by the Chief Judge of the Washington DC Circuit Court, which included a specific order to turn around any planes that were already airborne and return the deportees to the United States until a hearing could be held. 
- Firing federal employees in defiance of a judge's orders, and reusing to rehire them, also in defiance of a judge's orders. 
- Shutting down USAID in defiance of a judge's order

* CHRONIC INTOXICATION: 

This may be the only grounds for impeachment he has not violated... yet.

* TAX EVASION:

He frequently brags about how he pays little to no taxes at all. And where are his tax returns that he's been promising to release to the public since the 2016 election? No one has ever been under an "audit" that lasted nearly a decade. 


For the reasons listed above, as well as others that may be cited by signatories in the comments section of this petition, We The People hereby affix our hand in agreement that PRESIDENTS ARE NOT KINGS and that it's time to IMPEACH HIM AGAIN. We The People feel that it is our patriotic duty to sincerely request that the United States House of Representatives bring Articles of Impeachment against Donald John Trump, and that the United States Senate find him GUILTY of the charges, to convict him and remove him from office, with no opportunity to ever hold public office again in this country.
