私たちは株式会社enishが2024年8月にリリースした「ディライズラストメモリーズ（ラスメモ）」と呼ばれるブロックチェーンゲームにより不利益を被った投資家です。
当初ホワイトペーパーでは、ランドNFT保有で900日ステーキングと謳っておりました。
我々はランドNFT というゲーム内の仮想土地と、その土地を保有することでearnギークというゲーム外に持ち出して価値を得るコインを入手していました。しかし、ゲームリリースから半年ほどで、我々投資家はearnギークが出金停止となり、ゲーム内のみしか使えない状態に置かれ、予告や説明もなくearnギークを渡され続けています。
これは当初のステーキングとは大きくかけ離れたものであり運営様はホワイトペーパーの内容を反故したこととなります。
我々は投資家として、株式会社enishは上場企業であり、「ランドを保有することによってゲーム内で安定的にトークン収入を得られる」との説明を信じてランドNFTを購入しました。しかし現状は、初期から投資をした我々投資家を侮辱する行為であり、BCG界隈が怪しいと思われ、国内BCG発展の足枷となっています。

株式会社enish様に求める事は2つのみ

1.ランドNFTの回収、返金

2.ゲーム内earnギークの清算

規約にはこう書かれています
当社は理由のいかんにかかわらず、ユーザーからすでに支払われた料金を一切返還しません。ただし、当社の責めに帰すべき事由がある場合は、この限りではありません　と　しかし責めに帰すべき事由があります！

よって株式会社enish様には補償返金を強く求めます。

We are investors who have suffered losses from the blockchain game "Delivers Last Memories (Lasmemo)" released by enish Co., Ltd. in August 2024.
Initially, the white paper touted 900-day staking by holding land NFTs.
We obtained land NFTs, which are virtual land in the game, and earn Geek, a coin that can be taken outside the game and gain value by holding that land. However, about half a year after the game's release, we investors were unable to withdraw earn Geek, and we were left in a state where we could only use it in the game, and we have been given earn Geek without any notice or explanation.
This is a far cry from the original staking, and the management has reneged on the contents of the white paper.
As investors, we purchased land NFTs, believing the explanation that enish Co., Ltd. is a listed company and that "by holding land, we can earn stable token income in the game." However, the current situation is an insult to us investors who have invested since the beginning, and the BCG community is seen as suspicious, which is a hindrance to the development of BCG in Japan.

There are only two things we want from enish Co., Ltd.

1. Collection and refund of land NFTs

2. Liquidation of in-game earn geeks

The terms and conditions say that

We will not refund any fees already paid by users, regardless of the reason. However, this does not apply if there is a reason attributable to our company, but there is a reason attributable to our company.

Therefore, we strongly request that enish Co., Ltd. provide compensation and a refund.
