For quite some time, Amber Heard detractors have called for Emelia Clarke to replace her in Aquaman 2, mostly because of the chemistry Clarke and Jason Momoa had in Game of Thrones. Aquaman critics (me among them) have suggested that Heard had all the chemistry of a cardboard cutout with Momoa in the first one.

Others say they want Clarke because she can actually act, while panning Heard's performance as being "horrible" and "forgettable."

Well, there may be a glimmer of hope on the horizon. There's no official word from WB, but sharp-eyed netizens spotted this. That when you Google Aquaman 2, Emilia Clarke shows up in the AM2 cast credits.

Also, if you take a look at the AM2 IMDB page, Heard now places in the tenth spot, under "Other cast," rather than being up with the stars.  That's a far cry from the days when Heard's face appeared ahead of Momoa, who plays the title role.

Could Amber Heard be falling out of grace with WB?
Could they be replacing Heard after all?
What will this mean for AM2 in the theaters?
