Amber Heard has accused this petition of being a paid campaign orchestrated by Johnny Depp and has accused all of us of being paid Russian bots. I don’t know why they have to be RUSSIAN bots. Why can't they be Mexican bots. Or Japanese bots. There are a lot of countries in the world. She can take her pick.

She’s also tried dismissing this petition as having no basis in reality. Yet she keeps bringing it up in court documents, both in the UK and VA cases. Which is it, I wonder? Seems like the poor thing can’t make up her mind.

One thing’s pretty clear, though. This petition bugs the everlovin’ sh*t right out of her.

Our little petition is under attack. Somebody (wonder who?) started spamming my comments with nasty comments last week, then reporting them as violations, trying to get the petition taken down for violating Change .org’s terms of service. And it might have come pretty close to working. For a few days, features of the petition were removed and altered. Some people couldn’t find the petition at all, and others weren’t able to sign it if they could.

Well, it didn’t work.

I got in touch with Change .org and took control of the petition back. I asked them to hide my comments for a while so that they can’t be spammed and then reported as violations. I don’t like that the comments are off, I like for people to be able to speak their minds. It bugs me that freedom of expression is being curtailed. 99% of the comments were from decent people who felt the need to speak out against injustice, abuse, and bad acting.

But people haven’t been put off by these recent actions, and the petition is still standing strong. No matter how hard somebody’s trying to make it, people are still finding the petition in droves.

By signing the petition, millions of people are speaking in one voice, saying that they do not want to see Amber Heard in Aquaman 2. And if she doesn’t like that, it’s kind of too bad. she can only blame herself. All I did was turn on a spotlight.

People might not be able to leave comments, for now, but we will not be silenced. The number of signatures keeps climbing, and more living, breathing people are signing all the time.

That speaks louder than words.

Also, this petition isn’t searchable on change .org anymore – not my doing - so it’s more important than ever to sign and share so that people can keep finding it. Thanks a bunch for hanging in there.

If nothing else, it’s worth it to know how very much we’re bugging her.
