Johnny Depp's legal team has responded to Amber Heard's request that he interrupt filming to sit for a deposition in Virginia.
"Ms Heard has again filed a gratuitous motion, wasting the court's resources." Depp's opposition begins. "Requiring Depp to disrupt the shooting, which involves 750 people, and make what would be unnecessary flights between London and Virginia during the COVID pandemic, as Ms. Heard irresponsibly requests, would also endanger Mr. Depp's health, And that of everyone with whom he would come into contact."
Johnny's team reminds the court that he's already agreed to sit for his deposition after filming is complete, and requests that Heard and her team be patient until then.
