It seems that Amber Heard is starting to pursue some political ambitions. She's recently come out swinging in favor of Joe Biden for President, and is now inserting herself into social events with political overtones.
Today at 5pm pt/8pm est, Heard will attend a political rally of sorts featuring foster kids. According to the website:
"Join us for a town hall with Foster Youth for Biden featuring actress and United Nations Human Rights Champion Amber Heard and Congressmember Karen Bass. Learn what is at stake for foster care and child welfare reform, why the issue matters this election season, and how to foster action."
What do you think? Does Heard really care about foster kids? Or Joe Biden, for that matter? Or is this just the latest "cause" she's hitching her wagon to in order to 1) get her name in the headlines, 2) try to make herself seem relevant and caring? Is she going to try to go into politics since her acting career is down the toilet?
