If  I understand this correctly, Amber Heard and her legal team have until September 28th to explain what work she's lost that adds up to the 100 million she's asking for in her countersuit against Johnny Depp.

Will she name Aquaman 2 among the work she's lost, admitting that she's not coming back to the water world? Or will she hold fast to the flimsy rumor that she's still going to be in it?

Don't forget, we've got it on good authority that WB bought out Heard's contract, sending her to the bench. Meaning that she got paid, but will not appear in Aquaman 2.

No, there hasn't been any official confirmation that she's out, and there likely won't be. The movie will simply come out without her in it. I wish there would be official word, but that's just not always the way it works, I'm sorry to say.

What other work will she be able to prove that Depp cost her through his false smear campaign to ruin her reputation on social media? Including the formation and manipulation of this very petition - according to her. What other movies did she have lined up that we bots have made her lose?

Word has it that she's unbondable. That means that she can't be insured during the production of a film. Without insurance, there's no part. Period. So, if that's the case, how is Johnny responsible? How are we?

We'll find out by the 28th whether or not she'll finally admit that she's out of the Aquaman franchise. As soon as I know, you will.
