Amber Heard has filed a countersuit. In it, she makes some pretty outlandish claims, saying that this petition is fake, and that so are many of the people who signed it. She calls you conspicuously fake and highly suspicious.
Remember when she called us all bots? Well, apparently she’s holding that position, while saying that not only are we bots, but that we’re bots on a Russian payroll.
She says: "These accounts exhibit behavior which includes but is not limited to tweet to retweet ratios in numbers implausible for authentic human users; they are created, attack Ms. Heard, then are set to inactive to avoid suspension; they utilize common language, patterns, and timing indicating broad coordination; they often offer little or no personal information, suggesting computer-control or a single individual controlling more than one account at a time (and often many more); and they republicize the content of one another at rates and consistencies that bely authentic human control."
Well, no kidding. They exhibit common language, timing and patterns because they’re all talking about the same topic, the TRUTH that Amber Heard abused Johnny Depp. There’s no collusion behind that. It’s the simple truth.
And as far as offering little to no personal information, it must REALLY bug her that she can’t find out who a few of you are. Good. Let her wonder who in the industry isn’t a bot and knows the truth about her that they aren’t shy to share.
She goes on to say: "These accounts are designed to damage Ms. Heard and her livelihood without being directly traceable to Mr. Depp. For example, it appears that a significant number of the accounts signing the petition to remove Ms. Heard from the Aquaman franchise are conspicuously fake or highly suspicious. The use of fake signatures on these petitions is well outside the skill set of the average internet troll or disgruntled fan. They reflect a concerted effort to damage Ms. Heard. In addition, the change.org petitions were modified to make it appear that far more people signed the petitions than actually did."
She says: "There are a number of newly created foreign language accounts specifically or predominantly designed to damage Ms. Heard. Many of these accounts have Cyrillic signatures, reflecting Russian origin. Mr. Waldman, Mr. Depp’s agent and attorney, is publicly associated with Russian individuals with the capability to organize such attacks."
She’s also attacking netizens on Twitter, calling out accounts for being fake. These include, ReemDepp, MyGrindelwald, Mderndarkwizard, pomta5426, depp_oldiar, PerspectiveDepp, depphead_, RayRayDepp, Depplyyours, ILoveGellert, Jackiedepp1963, JDeppS_girl.

And she says that investigation has revealed hundreds of others.
She doesn’t bother putting me on that list of fake accounts, which is good. It means that she knows I’m real. And, if I’m called to testify, she’ll have to come face to face with me. I look forward to looking her straight in the eye when I testify that all of you are real, too. To my knowledge, bots can’t sign the petition.
This petition is apparently getting under her skin in a big way, for her to keep mentioning it in court documents. To that, I say GOOD! Not only is this petition – by way of all of you – getting awareness out there about not just Johnny Depp, but other victims as well. But it also serves the double purpose of bugging her. That’s icing on the cake that I find to be delicious.
She’s desperate, folks, and it’s showing more every day. Looks like she's paranoid AF, too.
