Today began the closing arguments for NGN and the Sun tabloid. Amber Heard was front and center, wearing a skin-tight white dress that really did her no favors.

Counsel for NGN basically rehashed everything that Team Amber spewed forth throughout the trial, that Johnny Depp is a monster, out of control on drink and drugs, potentially unaware of just how bad he really is. Depp really is the wife-beating monster Amber Heard made him out to be, they say. And, according to NGN, Depp is the deflector, accusing Heard of every terrible thing HE did, not the other way around.

That seemed to be their biggest tactic, deflecting all of Heard’s bad deeds back onto him. Aside from painting her as the poor little damsel in distress, that is. Another favorite fallback for them seems to be saying that poor little Amber was too tiny to have inflicted so much damage onto Johnny. She only weighed 115, they say. She COULDN’T have done it, they say.

Bullshit, I say.

A tiny woman is capable of throwing a haymaker. And that particular woman is capable of a lot more than that. There’s the hurling of heavy projectiles, one of which smashed off part of his guitar-playing finger. And let’s not forget putting a cigarette out on his face and defecating in his bed.

No, folks. Height and weight isn’t necessarily a factor to how much damage a woman can do. Especially when you have a man that didn’t fight back. This defense is rubbish, of course.

Johnny wasn’t in court today, but will be back tomorrow when his team gives their closing arguments.

Amber was all smiles as she left court. Let’s see what that smile looks like when the judge’s decision comes down.
