Day two was really more of the same as yesterday, with the Sun's counsel badgering Johnny Depp about his drug and alcohol use, trying to guilt-bomb Johnny into admitting that taking any drugs and drinking alcohol turns him into a wife-beating monster.

But Johnny's having none of it. He won't admit to it because he never did it. He's never been violent with women and he's never been violent with Amber Heard.

The sun's counsel is leaning heavily on a fight on a plane wherein Amber Heard says that Johnny Kicked her, trying to get Johnny to say that if a man would kick a woman, doesn't that make him a wife-beater. Johnny's staying on top of it though, insisting that it didn't happen. And I guess Amber forgets that they weren't alone on the plane. There was a pilot, a stewardess, and two assistants. If any such kick took place, I'm sure it would have been in the headlines at the time.

Basically, the Sun's outta gas.

By the end of the day, the Sun was asking for more time to put Johnny on the stand, because, as she says, Johnny took too long answering questions and put her behind. It's a sneaky way of keeping Johnny in the hot seat and creating less time for the Sun and/or Amber Heard to have to explain themselves. I hope the judge sees right through it. 

Both parties have tomorrow to bicker about it, then the judge will make a ruling on how much extra time, if any, Johnny is on the stand again on Friday.

I don't know what the Sun's going to pull moving forward, but I'll do my best to keep you updated.
