For too long has American culture and its corporations promoted an atmosphere of sex negativity. The animated show Harley Quinn, produced by DC Comics, is the latest such offender. When the show's creative team pitched the idea that Batman and Catwoman would have a plot arc where Batman went down on her, DC's leadership rejected the idea. Their justification was that it would be hard to peddle action figures of a hero who is known to perform cunnilingus. 

If you google "boyfriend won't eat me out reddit," there are almost two full pages of results. It seemed that when DJ Khaled got blasted for his demure tongue back in 2018 that we would see a shift, but with this latest decision by DC Comics, it seems not. Strong men can go down. Strong men should go down. All men should. 

If we want to see real change, we have to demand it. If Batman can't dine out, who can? Oral sex is literally a fun and cool thing to do, and there's no better face for a sex positive movement than a superhero who Hollywood cannot stop rebooting and his pussycat companion.
