To ban or regulate 3rd party copycat websites dealing in UK Passports, Driving licences, Online Tax Returns and the like.

The Issue

Many UK citizens are falling prey to these websites and are being forced to pay £117.60 for services that can be freely obtained by visiting the passport office.  The companies use immediately effective aggressive contracts that do not allow the victim to 'cool off', when the service is cancelled, or is stopped by a credit card company, the copycat company actively seek CCJ's, bully, intimidate and harass the victim by text and email, threatening to send 'someone' around to collect their money.  This state of affairs is not right, and must be banned or heavily legislated against.
