As many of you are already aware,  there is a growing consensus that The north of England should join Scotland, and as much as I love the scots, I have to say its not quite right. 

Northern England should not ask to leave one governor only to take another. No matter how much we may agree with Scotland, these are our lands, and we have the right to govern them as we see fit. 

For as long as the south has ruled, we as a people have been subjugated and marginalised. There ruling cabinet full of southern Lordling. 

There is a problem with the current southern rule, but the answer is not allowing ourselves to be ruled from Scotland instead. the answer is that we should be ruling our selves . Northern rule for northern lands. For to long we have watched as the southern Lordlings galavant around flouting the laws they set for us.

It has become a point of pettiness as to which party we vote for, as the same Etonians are at the head of every party. They use our money to dine out in fancy restaurant and then claim there expenditures back from our pockets, while we have to visit food banks simply to feed our children. The claim for housing from our pockets and then have the nerve to levy us again if we should happen to have a spare room. They lie and cheat and swindle, all the while telling the ordinary man that he must step in line. The time has come for us to step up, to say to them with one voice that we will not except this subjugation any longer. fight for an independent north #RaiseTheNorth The Scots may help, but they can't do it for us.

It is time that the people of the North stood as one against West Minster and said, No more.
