At the moment many law abiding citizens are being targeted by organized groups. These groups stalk and harass these individuals, infiltrate their lives and start smear campaigns within the community and workplace of the targeted individual. The goal is to drive the target insane or to the point of suicide. Some refer to targeted individuals as 'Undesirables'. It is unclear exactly why this is happening although it seems to be about control and power. Though they will do anything to make the targeted individual sound like a criminal in order to make well meaning people participate in the operation. Unfortunately it is very difficult to prove because of the sheer number of people involved and the infiltration in public services.
