Operation stack is a system that uses the M20 motorway to park lorries when there is an issue at the Channel Tunnel or Dover Port. It has various phases and in full effect closes the motorway from Junction 8 to Dover grinding local towns and villages to a stand still with 20 minute journeys taking up to 3 hours!!

This petition is calling for David Cameron to find a suitable alternative that not only brings relief to the people of Kent but also provides the lorry drivers with the facilities they need.

By signing this petition we can put pressure on David Cameron to find a solution to the problem. We need to stand up and show that enough is enough!!
