Recently a man was seen outside the Houses Of Parliament waving the ISIS flag.  He was stopped by police but not arrested or cautioned. The ISIS flag is a symbol of hatred and intimidation to many people in Britain. 

The Public Order Act states that a person is guilty of a criminal offence if  a person displays any sign, writing, or other item that causes distress, alarm, harrassment or intimidation to pUK citizens.

To most UK citizens, this flag causes extreme distress, not least because of the recent Tunisian massacre of British citizens, as well as the upcoming anniversary of the 7/7 terror attacks.

We are petitioning the UK government to make sure the law according to the Public Order Act is properly enforced ,and that should in future any person on UK soil display the ISIS flag in a public space they should be cautioned, and or arrested for causing distress and alarm to British citizens.
