Make the "Legal High" Hippy Crack (Laughing Gas) illegal to inhale for all ages.

Make the "Legal High" Hippy Crack (Laughing Gas) illegal to inhale for all ages.
The Issue
Nitrous oxide has been blamed for 17 deaths between 2006 and 2012.
Nitrous oxide dissolves in the bloodstream, reducing the amount of oxygen flowing to the brain and other vital organs. This can have devastating consequences, causing strokes, blackouts, seizures and heart attacks.
There is also a risk of asphyxiation, which can lead to brain damage, or death by asphyxiation.
Despite all this it is the second most popular "drug" for teenagers in the UK and is being taken by secondary school-age children across the country. The whipped cream canisters are being sold from market stalls and car-based dealers in ever increasing numbers.
Surely in the case of these so called Legal Highs we should change the mantra to guilty unless proven innocent.
Please don't let them continue to go under the radar until a "sufficient number of people" have died from them. One death is too many.
