Because of all of your hard work in spreading the petition we have reached over 51,000 signatures. That is 51,000 people standing up to a corrupt police force that is reported to torture migrant workers, some with hot boiling water, into signing false confessions. Many of us believe that, as of now, there will be no justice in the Thai court system for Win and Zaw. Many of us believe that the only way to ensure the right people are brought to justice is by an independent investigation led by the United Kingdom. The UK will only get involved in this case with constant pressure from both traditional and social media, so I implore you to please keep spreading the word, and if you have any information about this case to please come forward either publicly or anonymously. Sandy has been fighting for Burmese workers human rights for a while now and will be leading a demonstration outside the office in support of seeking justice for David and Hannah as well as to demonstrate for the rights of those we believe to be falsely accused.
