Dear Friends

As most of you know already, Zaw Lin and Wai Phyo lost their final appeal to Thailand's Supreme Court.  Most of you will also know that a few days ago another online petition was started with the idea that it will support an appeal to the king of Thailand.  Here is a link to that petition:

That change.org page has a lengthy explanation that I will not repeat here.  I will only add that there is a degree of urgency given that the appeal must go before the king before the end of October 2019! ... and so far only about 3,000 people have signed.  It is fair to say that many supporters have become fatigued, which seems to be the aim of that many Thais in power like to achieve.  Hopefully those of you who still open my messages will take the time to support the petition.
