With so many major events dominating news feeds every day, it is easy to forget about the plight of Zaw Lin & Wai Phyo who are still languishing on death row, awaiting the outcome of their final appeal to the Supreme Court of Thailand. I shall do my best to update you all as soon as I learn of any developments on that front.
They do of course look forward to receiving mail from all over the world. Mail breaks up the boredom and, importantly, it demonstrates to the Thai authorities that the world is continuing to monitor the situation including the corruption surrounding the case highlighted by the bogus DNA “evidence” upon which they were convicted.

I do strive to maintain a stream of information about crime & corruption on Koh Tao including additional insights into the trial of Zaw Lin & Wai Phyo. I do this via my Twitter account and increasingly via my YouTube account.
I have published material in English, Thai, French & Italian. There is a new video on its way with a Spanish flavour in memory of Rocio Gomez, the Argentine woman who died during her first scuba lesson in December 2018. Her death was virtually completely ignored by the Thai media.
Many of you who are watching my newer videos will note that I often point out that Thailand does not have coroners.
Finally, there is another new video in production that focuses upon torture in the Koh Tao murder “investigation” as a means of extracting false confessions.
