!!!!VEGETARIANS!!!!

I have been a vegetarian for about seven years now and when my city got a Dave’s Hot Chicken I didn’t think much of it. That was until I found out they had “Not Chicken.” The same exact food, but vegetarian. When I tried it for the first time it was insane. I have never had a chicken sandwich in my life and now I finally could enjoy a vegetarian sandwich that wasn’t made with awful impossible burgers or whatever, and Dave’s was as close to a chicken sandwich as it gets. Recently I have been back to healthy eating habits, however the other night I saw endless Dave’s tiktok’s and I waited three days until the perfect night to doordash my number #2 “Not Chicken” cauli sliders with no pickles and to my udder despair, shock, disappointment, sadness - it was completely off the menu. Not just the number #2. ALL of the “Not Chicken”, the cauli bites, cauli tenders, cauli sliders. All gone. I’ve been going through a rough time lately and after waiting three days to eat Dave’s so when I saw that they took it off the menu I immediately broke down into tears. This was the last straw. This broke the camels back. That night I starved. I have full faith and hope in Dave’s Hot Chicken that they will bring it back because my first ever time at Dave’s, I approached the drive thru and asked for the number #2 sliders with no pickles. They destroyed their first impression by telling me that they did not have them right now, but it will be back in january and my life hasn’t been the same since they brought it back. I was getting Dave’s nearly every two weeks before they decided to remove the “Not Chicken” yet again. I was a loyal customer. So honestly this feels like discrimination against vegetarians, even tho Dave’s Hot Chicken has the word chicken in it. Stop playing with the vegetarians!!!! The petition says to explain what is at stake. My mental health.
