Things are still subject to change... though a new feature: when you take a mission from a boss related to a gang, that gang will be friendly during the mission and goes back to neutral when you passed/failed. Just like in GTA2 and how R* planned it in early version of GTA3, but the idea got scrapped for unknown reasons (see the source of early version of "Luigi's Girls" in the leaked mission sources from iOS version of GTA3 to see the proof).
