It looks so opaque compared to LCS's even though this mod is already using the original PS2 timecycle. due to apparently in VC the fog is only used in one side mission (Checkpoint Charlie) and via cheat, R* seems don't care if the fog looked like this on water or air, it looks okay only on ground.
